Privacy notice

Website enquiries and trial requests
Forms prepare an email draft on your device. Form entries are not stored by this website or submitted to a form server. The email is sent only if you send it through your email app. If you send it, we receive the information in our Google Workspace business mailbox and use it to respond, assess the service and administer any agreed work. Incoming business mail also forwards to the owner's personal Gmail while a business-inbox copy is kept.
Hosting, fonts, booking and email
Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser data and request logs to deliver and secure it. Google Fonts supplies the display fonts. The booking link opens Google Calendar, which collects details needed to book and manage your appointment. Google Meet supplies the video call. Those providers apply their own privacy notices and may process information outside Australia. No advertising tracker or analytics script has been added by Quote Tandem.
Client customer information
After an agreement, we receive only the customer and quote details necessary for approved follow-up. Exchange them using the agreed access-controlled channel, not these public forms. We use them for that work, keep access restricted and share necessary outcomes with the authorised client contact. Do not send passwords, card details or unrelated sensitive information. Calls are not recorded as part of the service.
Payments
Pay using the verified instructions on an invoice. If you receive a secure card link, the named payment provider processes the card details; Quote Tandem does not ask you to email card numbers. We retain relevant invoice and transaction records for business administration and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Retention and requests
Raw customer working lists are returned or deleted within 30 days after completion as agreed, except legally required records and minimal suppression information needed to respect opt-outs. Business correspondence, approvals and accounting records are retained as needed for the service and legal obligations. Email us to ask about information, request correction or raise a concern. We will assess and respond to your request and explain any limit on what we can provide or delete.
